This is a silent epidemic of hate crimes that is vastly underreported. Haters will say anything to get this legislation derailed. It would place terrorizing entire communities with hate, finally on notice. It is time to stop crimes against people because they are not considered "normal" and thus, subhuman and not worthy of safety protections under the law.
